The Insanity Challenge

I am forming a Beachbody Insanity Challenge Group each month for just a few people who are truly ready to COMMIT TO GET FIT. It’s a 60-day fitness challenge that you can do in the comfort and privacy of your own home, and it’s the easiest way ever to achieve your goals.

Who The Insanity Challenge Will Help

If you’re tired of feeling sick and tired of being overweight, then Insanity can help transform a New You! But, be forewarned . . . Insanity is not for the faint of heart.

Shaun T’s Insanity is hard-hitting, high intensity interval training from start to finish. For 60-days you will be required to Dig Deep during each and every workout. So if you haven’t exercised since high school gym class or your idea of a hard workout is Sweatin’ to the Oldies with Richard Simmons, then you’re better off starting with a program like Turbo Jam or Power 90.

If you’re still with me though, Insanity will help you burn fat as well as strengthen your core.

Note: It is advisable to consult with your treating physician or a medical practitioner before beginning this or any other exercise program.

How It Works

I am forming an exclusive group of only five like-minded people who will work together to achieve success. We’ll track our progress along the way, hold each other accountable, and motivate, inspire, and encourage each other to achieve amazing results.

This group is for people who are finally ready to get in shape. Whether it’s a New Year’s resolution, preparation for a wedding or other event, you must be willing to COMMIT TO GET FIT.

As a group member, you can expect:

  • One-on-one coaching and support from me to discuss your progress and track your goals.
  • Your own personal accountability partner and team support.
  • Access to a private Facebook Group so you can stay connected, informed, motivated and inspired.

And as an added incentive, you’ll be able to participate in The Beachbody Challenge contest. All you have to do is sign up for the Challenge and choose the Insanity pack. You’ll then log your workouts online at TeamBeachbody.com for a chance to win $500 every day—and submit your “before” and “after” photos for a free T-shirt and a shot at the $100,000 Grand Prize.

When The Insanity Challenge Starts

The first Insanity Challenge will begin on January 2, 2012, just in time to start off the New Year.

Your Next Steps

To get started with The Insanity Challenge, here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • Step 1: Click Here to sign up to take The Beachbody Challenge!
  • Step 2: Choose the Insanity Challenge pack and your preferred Shakeology flavor (chocolate or greenberry). You’ll also be enrolled in a 30-day Free trial membership in the Team Beachbody Club.

Note: If you already have the Insanity fitness program, you don’t need to purchase a complete Challenge Pack. Instead, you only need to purchase what you don’t already have, e.g., Shakeology and/or a Team Beachbody Club membership.

  • Step 3: Take “before” photos and measurements and add them to your Team Beachbody profile.
  • Step 4: Contact me using the form below to join an Insanity Challenge group. You will receive a challenge confirmation email from me within 24-48 hours.

  • Step 5: Once signup is complete and your Challenge Pack has arrived, get ready to transform your body.

You must commit to working out every day you are scheduled for exercise. Then you need to simply do your best and forget about the rest.
